Product features of the Sonett wool treatment
A true treatment for your woolen garments. Sonett Wool Treatment is made with the highest quality lanolin. The olive oil soap and sugar surfactants ensure that the treatment can be used perfectly even in hard water. The olive and lavender oils are entirely from certified organic farming.
Application and dosage of the Sonett wool treatment
For restoring the natural lanolin in worn wool and silk clothing. Especially important for wool diaper covers, which, thanks to their natural lanolin content, absorb moisture from the diaper while remaining breathable. Washing causes the diaper covers to lose this natural lanolin. With regular use, this wool treatment replenishes the wool with the necessary lanolin. Dosage for wool diaper covers: Dissolve 1-2 tablespoons of the wool treatment in a little hot water and then add about 1 liter of cold water. Place the moistened wool diaper cover in the lukewarm solution, press it through several times, and let it soak for about half an hour to an hour. Rinse in lukewarm water, squeeze out the excess water, and let it dry on a towel. Dosage for heavily worn wool clothing such as felted jackets, wool hats, work sweaters, etc.: Dissolve ½ teaspoon of the wool treatment in a little hot water and proceed as described above. The wool treatment can also be used in the washing machine. Dissolve ½ tsp of wool conditioner in approx. 30–40 ml of warm water and add the mixture to the fabric softener compartment of the washing machine.

Where do the ingredients come from?
Wool grease is produced from freshly shorn sheep's wool and purified of pesticide and herbicide residues using special processes. To ensure the wool grease is finely dispersed in water, it is emulsified into tiny droplets with olive oil soap and a sugar surfactant. Sugar, coconut oil, and palm oil are the basic ingredients for the sugar surfactant. Olive oil soap is formed by the interaction of olive oil and lye. Olive oil is the best oil for a mild, moisturizing vegetable soap. Its balanced fatty acid composition, its beneficial effects on the heart and circulatory system, and the unique seven-year cycle of the olive tree demonstrate the special connection this oil has with humankind. Cetyl alcohol derived from palm oil and a plant-based thickener aid in the emulsifying action of the sugar surfactant and olive oil soap.
